SPACER CUSTOMIZATION
We accept customization on a case to case basis. All customization go thru rigorous design and research to ensure effectiveness and safety which is the core of our brand. Lead times may vary. Pls use our contact form for any inquiries.
HOW TO REMOVE WHEEL SPACER?
Even though Mr Offset® Threadgripper is categorized as red thread locker which is permanent, 10.9 and 12.9 graded studs will break loose without damage to the studs and nut. Should studs and nuts be reused, pls make sure to clean the threads well, reapply Mr Offset® Threadgripper, and torque to specs.
REPAIRS
Yes, we repair Mr Offset® wheel spacers for free**. If replacement studs, nuts or bolts will be needed for the repair, this must be purchased separately. Mr Offset® replacement studs, nut, bolts are sold in packs of 5pcs.

INSTALLATION MANUALS
All installation instructions are available HERE. Installation of any Mr Offset product or kit should only be performed by experienced mechanics. We suggest professional installation.
SPACER COLOR
We do not offer any other spacer color aside from our signature black gloss and black matte.
LONGER WHEEL STUDS REQUEST
All wheel studs embedded in Mr Offset® wheel spacers are designed to fit with OEM wheels that came with your vehicle. We cannot accommodate longer wheel studs request.

Mr Offset® wheel spacers and adapters have been widely used in track racing and off road competitions worldwide.
SPARE TIRE SPACER
Mr Offset® wheel spacers are sold by pair or by set of 4pcs. Occasionally, we have individual spacers or adapters, subject to availability. Pls use our contact form for any inquiries.
QUALITY STANDARD
All Mr Offset® wheel spacers and Hubcentric rings are made from aircraft grade alloy, forged, heat treated and hard anodized which makes every piece resistant to impact and high temperature.
All Mr Offset® studs and bolts are made from high grade 440 steel material achieving ISO standard grade of 10.9 and 12.9
Mr Offset® is a brand from Taiwan, manufactured and assembled in Taiwan. We use quality standard graded materials across our product range.
WHEEL BALANCING
No wheel balancing needed. Mr Offset® wheel spacers and adapters will not affect the balance of your wheels and tires. Each Mr Offset® wheel spacer go through extensive quality control to assure that each piece is perfectly round and true. If your vehicle ’s wheels and tires need balancing BEFORE spacers were installed, then it will still be needed afterwards.
MAXIMUM LOAD CAPACITY
Maximum load capacity of vehicle is not affected when using Mr Offset® wheel spacers. Please follow car manufacturer’s load capacity of your vehicle.
HUBCENTRIC
All Mr Offset® Wheel spacers and adapters are Hubcentric and car specific unless otherwise specified. No vibration or wiggle during high speed.
SPACER THICKNESS
Mr Offset® wheel spacer come in varying thickness available for your vehicle. Which will best suit your vehicle is subjective and will depend on a lot of factors like your current setup and your preferred outcome. We suggest to measure in actual following this guide.
TIRE SIZE
Please follow the recommended max tire size specified by your suspension lift manufacturer.
HOW TO IDENTIFY WHICH IS THE CORRECT SPACER FOR MY VEHICLE?
All Mr Offset® wheel spacers is vehicle specific. As such, we will only need your make, year and model.
ARE WHEEL SPACERS SAFE?
Wheel spacers have existed for decades and there is a very slim chance for wheel spacer failures. Using wheel spacers are just like wheel changing for as long as you are using high quality wheel spacers. Quality and safety are often dependent on design, materials, performance and the manufacturing process plus of course, proper installation. Each piece of Mr Offset® product go thru extensive and rigorous quality control and test. Just as your wheels, tires and brake modifications, only high quality products can guarantee driving safety.

SHIPPING POLICY:
100% of shipping fees are shouldered by the client. Courier options and shipping fee calculated upon checkout.
SHOPPING PROCESS:
Same day delivery/shipping cutoff 3pm. Orders must be paid in full and verified before 3pm to qualify.
Orders made after 3pm will automatically be processed the following working day.
IMPORTANT: We do not accept COD/COP. All orders use be paid in full and verified prior to release.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Mr Offset® has a 3-day exchange policy. Within the 3 day period, you may exchange the item purchased as long as it is unused, unopened and in brand new condition.
Please send us an email at sales@mroffsetwheelsolution.com prior to ship out with your Order ID.
If your return item pass our inspection, we will process your exchange within the next 7 working days. All courier fees will be shouldered by the client.
We do not accept refunds.
