IMPORTANT: Do not use impact wrenches / tools. Torque lug nuts / bolts to manufacturer specifications using a calibrated torque wrench. Users must check and re torque all lug nuts / bolts after 25-50 miles of driving. No returns or exchange once installed. Please verify the bolt count, bolt circle diameter, center bore, and bolt size match your vehicle before ordering.

Use of wheel spacers / conversion spacers may cause rubbing issues and may require trimming.

How to install wheel spacers the proper way?

Step 1: Loosen all lug nuts.

Loosen all lug nuts in a star shape pattern but do not fully remove them.

Step 2: Lift the car.

Slide the jack to the appropriate lift point and raise the vehicle enough to lift a single wheel completely off the ground. Do not forget to properly support the vehicle with a jack stand.

Step 3: Take off wheel.

Remove raised wheel and set it aside for now.

Step 4: Install wheel spacer and apply Mr Offset® Threadgripper

Ensure Mr Offset® wheel spacer is firmly seated and flush against the car’s hub. Use lug nuts included in the kit to tighten wheel spacer to car’s studs. Apply Mr Offset® Threadgripper and hand tighten the lug nuts to guarantee the thread is in place.

Step 5: Torque kit lug nuts in accordance to Mr Offset® torque specifications

Use a calibrated torque wrench and follow Mr Offset® torque specs to snug up kit lug nuts in place in a star pattern to evenly apply load. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

At this point, please ensure that car studs do not protrude or exceed past the wheel spacer surface.

Step 6: Apply Mr Offset® Threadgripper to the wheel spacer embed studs this time.

Step 7: Mount wheels back in place.

Slide the wheels onto the wheel spacer embed studs this time. Secure the wheel with factory lug nuts by hand to make it sit firmly against the wheel spacer. Repeat with the rest of the lug nuts.

Step 8: Lower the vehicle carefully.

Remove the jack stand and use the jack to lower the vehicle slowly until wheels are in full contact to the ground. Remove jack.

Step 9: Torque factory lug nuts in accordance to Mr Offset® torque specifications.

Use a calibrated torque wrench and follow Mr Offset® torque specs to snug up factory lug nuts in place in a star pattern to evenly apply load. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

Step 10: Repeat steps 1-9 on the remaining wheels.

Now you’ve completed installation on one wheel. Repeat the same process on all four wheels and do a test drive in a controlled environment to check for wobbling.
