ORDER PROCEDURE

Order processing is from Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 5PM. Orders placed after cut off shall be processed the next business day. Once the order has been confirmed, Mr.Offset® will send a confirmation email to the customer’s registered email address.

If an item is out of stock or requires advance order, the customer will be notified through email as to when the product will be available. The customer can choose to cancel the order without any charges.

For same day delivery, cutoff is at 4pm. Orders must be paid in full and payment verified before 4pm to qualify.

IMPORTANT: We do not accept COD/COP. All orders must be paid in full and verified prior to release.

ORDER INFORMATION

Mr.Offset® reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available, or errors in product or pricing information. If the order is canceled after the customer’s credit card has been charged, Mr.Offset® will issue a credit to said credit card in the amount of the charge.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire or discontinue with or without notice. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise offered. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason.

PAYMENTS

Mr.Offset® accepts the following modes of payment:

  1. Bank deposit
  2. Straight credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard)
  3. Gcash payments

Mr.Offset® assumes no liability for any loss or damages to the customer arising from wrong shipping and/or payment information entered by the customer. Mr.Offset® reserves the right to check whether the customer is duly authorized to use certain payment method, and may suspend the transaction until such authorization is confirmed or cancel the relevant transaction where such information is not available.

REFUND

Mr Offset® does not offer any kind of refund

DELIVERY PROCESS

Mr.Offset® accepts same day deliveries within Metro Manila, and selected areas in Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal as long as area is covered by 3rd party courier affiliates. Delivery bookings will be handled by Mr.Offset®. Delivery of orders will be made to the address specified by the customer at check-out.

Once order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the waybill number which can then be tracked using our affiliates’ website.

Mr.Offset® shall not be held liable for non-delivery of products due to the following circumstances beyond its control:

  1. Unavailability of cardholder or authorized receiver
  2. Incomplete or incorrect contact information and/or delivery details.

Mr.Offset® reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt due to above circumstances. Mr.Offset® shall wait for the customer’s advice before proceeding to the second delivery attempt. If delivery failed on the second attempt, the transaction shall be terminated. Delivery fees and other payments made shall be forfeited.

You acknowledge that delivery of the order is subject to availability of the products but you acknowledge that while stock information on the site is updated regularly, it is possible that in some instances a product may become unavailable between updates. All delivery timeframes given are estimates only and delays can occur. If the delivery of your order is delayed, Mr.Offset® will inform you accordingly via e-mail and your order will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and Mr.Offset® (nor any of its affiliates) shall not be liable for any delay in delivery whatsoever caused.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Mr.Offset has the right to cancel any orders received for the following reasons:

  1. Force majeure or act of nature, including calamity or bad weather condition, and strikes.
  2. Circumstances beyond Mr Offset® control, including out of stock, system error, item detail dispute, incorrect image, wrong promotion, wrong pricing among others.
  3. Non-compliance to order requirements.

Should the customer’s order be cancelled for whatever reason, a Mr.Offset® online representative will notify the customer through e-mail and assist in processing a full refund of any payments made to Mr.Offset®

The customer may also cancel his/her order via www.mroffsetwheelsolutions.com. user account.

Order cancellation will be confirmed through e-mail. However, if the order status is already in transit for delivery, the order may not be cancelled.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Mr Offset® has a 3-day exchange policy. Within the 3 day period, you may exchange the item purchased as long as it is unused unopened and in brand new condition.

Please send us an email with your Order ID at sales@mroffsetwheelsolution.com prior to ship out.

If your return item pass our inspection, we will process your exchange within the next 7 working days. All courier fees will be shouldered by the client. Should there be an item price discrepancy, the price difference must be settled in full by client prior to release.

In the scenario where item price is higher than exchange item price, the price difference can be consumed on the same exchange transaction. No refunds will be made.

IMPORTANT: 3-day exchange is only applicable for orders made in our webs

ITEM WARRANTY

  1. Guarantee is given to customer’s purchased unit by the manufacturer usually for any repair or replacement of parts for a stated time period and conditions.
  2. In case the item purchased online has a problem, customer may email us at sales@mroffsetwheelsolution.com for proper instruction.
